Coconut Jaggery Laddu

Ingredients

200 gm – Shruti’s Jaggery Powder
1 cup – Grated coconut
4 teaspoon – Ghee
1 teaspoon – Crushed pea nuts
1 teaspoon – Crushed cashew nuts
1/4 teaspoon – Cardamom powder
Instructions
- Make Jaggery syrup by adding 200 gm Shruti’s Jaggery Powder to 2 cup of water and boil till it become a thick consistency and keep it aside.
- Add 2 teaspoon ghee to a pan and heat it
- Add 1 cup of grated coconut to pan and mix well
- Add 1 teaspoon crushed pea nuts, 1tea spoon crushed cashew nut, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder and mix well
- Add jaggery syrup to the mixture and mix well till it become semisolid and keep it to cool down.
- Take small amount of mixture in hand and roll it and make like a ball
- Garnish each laddu with a cashew nut
