Eggless Wheat & Jaggery Cake

Ingredients

3 Tablespoon – Curd
100 gm Shruti’s Jaggery
1 cup – Wheat Flour
3 Tablespoon – Olive Oil
½ Tablespoon – Baking Soda
Almonds chopped
Cashew Chopped
Raisins Chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl Take 3 Table Spoon Curd and Mix 100gms of shruti’s jaggery powder with curd and mix well till there are no lumps.
- Add 1 cup wheat flour, 3 tablespoons olive oil add ½ tablespoon Baking Soda to the jaggery and curd mix
- Then mix well with the required amount of water the consistency must not be too thick or too watery.
- Then add Chopped almond, cashews and raisins in to the batter and mix well
- transfer the cake mix into a baking mould. tap the mould to break the air bubbles and to spread evenly.
- Sprinkle some Chopped almonds, Cashews and raisins on top of the mix.
- Then bake at 180 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
