Jaggery Banana Halwa

Ingredients

5 Pieces – Small Banana
5 Teaspoon – Shruti’s Jaggery
5 Nos – Cashew Nuts
1 teaspoon – Coconut Pieces
Instructions
- Cut the bananas into pieces and make it into a paste and keep it aside.
- In a pan and add ghee and roast cashew nuts and keep it aside.
- Add some more ghee to the pan and then add banana paste and cook well.
- Mix 200 gm of sruthis jaggery powder in 2 cups of water and add it to the banana mix in the pan.
- Stir well and cook until it becomes very thick.
- Add 1 teaspoon of ghee in between.
- Stir until the mix completely separates from the pan.
- Take a greased plate to mold the halva, grease it with ghee and add the halva mix into it.
- Keep it for an hour to set, do not refrigerate.
- After an hour cut into desired shape and enjoy.
