RETURN POLICY

Returns:

 We want our customers to be happy, healthy & stress free. Our products as well as our policies are designed to be customer-friendly

 We guarantee that you’ll be satisfied with your purchase, and if you’re not, we’ll make it right. It’s just how we do business.

  1. We shall not be liable and you shall not be entitled to reject goods except for:
  2. Damage to or loss of goods or any part thereof in transit (where the goods are carried by our own transport or by a carrier on our behalf) where notified to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods;
  3. Defects in goods (not being defects caused by any act, neglect or default on your part) notified in writing to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
  4. Where this is a shortage or failure to deliver, or any defect in or damage to a goods or service, we may at our option:
  5. In the case of goods shortage or non-delivery, make good for any such shortage or non-delivery and/or
  6. In the case of damage or any defect(s) in the goods and in accordance –
  7. Replace the goods upon you returning the goods; or;
  8. Refund the price paid in respect of any goods proved to be damaged or defective.
  9. Your rights of replacement of any goods thereof which are found to be defective will (except where agreed otherwise) be negated or rendered void where:
  10. Goods have been altered by persons other than the manufacturer, us or any authorized dealer; and/or If the product is of a different quantity or not what you ordered, it can be returned only if it is unopened and unused.
  11. Defective goods have not been returned together with full details in writing of the alleged defects within 3 days from the date on which such goods were delivered; and/or
  12. Defects are due (wholly or partially) to mistreatment, improper use or storage or failure to observe any manufacturers’ instructions or other directions issued or made available by us in connection with the delivered goods.
  13. Any correspondence in respect of return or exchange of defective goods or services shall be made to feedback@shrutis.in within the time limit as described here-in-above. For all such Feedback / Complaint, contact our Customer Care at 9047048530 or email at feedback@shrutis.in or write at above mentioned address including image of the product, order no, batch no. & date of manufacturing.
  14. If a customer is eligible for Refund, we will process your refund within 15 business days of receiving the returned product in its original packaging. The refund period includes time taken to complete the refund process by Shruti’s team but excludes any delays on part of banks/ card issuers.

Cancellations:

  1. Any order cancellation can be made before the shipping process so as to claim the refund of the paid amount.

Cancellation of your any order shall be accepted via the website or when you reach us through our mail  feedback@shrutis.in or write at above mentioned address including image of the product, order no, batch no. & date of manufacturing. If you have paid by card/net banking, you will receive your refund within 15 working days.

  1. After shipping, no cancellation can be processed.
  2. Orders once placed and confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled. Payment made towards such orders shall not be refunded & goods shall be delivered as per shipping policy.

Delivery:

  • Once your order has been dispatched from our Warehouse, you will receive an SMS notification (This feature will be available soon).
  • If none was available at your address to receive the Goods, we will call you to reschedule delivery when you will be available. Modifications in policies:
  • We reserve the right to modify our policies anytime. So, kindly review it periodically.
  • We will reply to your email within 2 working days.
